They found and vetted the tenants, did all the background checks, organised the inventory check, got all the necessary legal documentation and gas/electric certificates, hooked me up with a secure deposit company, manage the property and take care of any snags along the way. Any problems which arise such as leaky taps or building work are all taken care of too once I've consented to the quote. I signed up for the monthly management option and it's worth every penny.
